Proper Category Listing

Rate your hot tub or item to be sold using the following rating scale:

• 5 stars – New, demos spa, or like new in excellent condition
• 4 stars – Above average condition
• 3 stars – Average condition, spa in good working condition
• 2 stars – Below average, high wear and tear on spa or old hot tub.
• 1 star – Barely working or not working, may be purchased for parts.

Profanity and Offensive Speech

Usedspalot.com does not allow the use of profanity or offensive speech. This policy extends to text or pictures within listings or anywhere on the site. All used of offensive language or pictures will result in the termination of the account.

Personal Information

The posting of personal information on usedspalot.com is strictly prohibited for your protection. Personal information includes email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, instant messaging ids, or other identifying information.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being offered or sold on usedspalot.com

• Alcohol
• Catalogs
• Contracts
• Counter-fit items of any kind
• Drugs and drug paraphernalia
• Embargoed goods and goods from prohibited countries
• Food
• Hazardous materials
• Links to other distribution channels, marketplace or auction sites
• Mailing lists and personal information
• Items recalled by the manufacturer
• Stolen property
• Miscellaneous
• Goods which do not actually exist, goods that infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, goods that are offensive, controversial or inappropriate, and goods with any images that are deemed obscene under applicable law or that contain racial, ethnic or religious slurs, promote hatred or advocate violence.

COUNTERFIT GOODS

The listing of counterfeit or replica products or use of a third party’s trademark in the listing of non-genuine goods is strictly prohibited. Usedspalot.com will provide the information of any seller offering unauthorized merchandise or counterfeit goods to the trademark owner and will assist the trademark owner in the prosecution of that seller.

Fee Avoidance

We will provide the seller community with reasonable charges for premium features and final value fees. Usedspalot.com prohibits sellers from circumventing our final value fee structure.

Examples of fee avoidance include, but are not limited to:

• Excessive shipping and/or handling charges
• Post-transaction negotiation of item price
• Using contact information to trade off-site
• Accepting an offer below market value with the intent to sell at a higher price
• Surcharges for credit card or payment services
